An Addendum for the Call-off for Phase II has been added which replaces elements of the original tender. Among others, core changes refer to the timeline and other detail for the Call-off, further clarified expected progress and the payment schedule.

The submitted offers will be evaluated by The Buyers Group, consisting of 7 procurers: Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (Turkey), Circular Berlin (Germany), Forum Virium Helsinki (Finland), Sandyford Business District (Ireland), Câmara Municipal de Guimarães (Portugal), Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (Sweden) and Skupnost občin Slovenije (Slovenia) with professional advice from the additional site ReLondon (UK) and horizontal partners RISE, TAGES and empirica.
Pre-Commercial Procurement
