All Suppliers who were selected in Phase I are formally invited to submit their offers for Phase II. This Phase is crucial as it focuses on the development of prototypes. The selected Suppliers will engage in prototype development across two distinct stages. The first stage involves the development of core components separately (v1), followed by the creation and testing of an integrated operational system (v2).
Testing is set to take place according to standardised protocols developed by the CircularPSP project. Additionally, Suppliers may request test-users to apply specific protocols to gather necessary data. Both testing stages (v1 and v2) are scheduled to last four weeks, encompassing analysis and preparation of reporting. The outcomes from this testing will be meticulously collected and analysed to guide the design, ultimately serving as input for the development of the pilot systems in Phase III.
CircularPSP will select three Suppliers for Phase II and looks forward to receiving strong and competitive offers. Given the great progress during Phase I, we are looking forward to continue our joint journey to develop an important tool for cities across Europe to transition towards the Circular Economy.
