The official award notice for Phase III of CircularPSP’s pre-commercial procurement has now been published in the EU’s Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).

This marks an important step forward for the project, formally confirming the outcome of the competitive process and the suppliers who will continue to work with us in Phase III.
After each phase, evaluations have been carried out to select the best of the competing solutions.
Phase III is the stage of pilot development, validation and field testing of two solutions (CircularAI and VCG.AI).
The selected suppliers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights (IPRs) generated during the PCP. This ensures they can exploit the full market potential of the solutions beyond CircularPSP and the procurer cities, supporting uptake across Europe and creating new opportunities for SMEs and start-ups.
